Advantages
Set your own schedule: The best part in remote jobs is that the workspace is flexible, means you can go anywhere. You can start your travelling journey, move to a different country, go to the one of the most preffered countries by digital nomads. If you are moving to different country with a different time zone be carefull about the meeting hours.
Savings: Remote work can lead to some savings, including daily transportation, some savings on work clothes, and spending money on meals outside.
Productivity: Remote workers often reports that productivity is higher while working due to lower distractions. But of course depends on if you can successfully create your own working space. I believe that creating your own working space has a direct effect on your productivity, creating that space might be challenging at first dont worry you will find the best option fr yourself and make it an advantage for you.
Work-Life Balance: Remote workers have more control over their own schedule, so they can prioritize family, hobbies, and personal interests alongside with work.
Well-being: Remote work can contribute to better physical and mental health due to creating personalized work space, working in office can be hard sometimes and because it is flexible easier to save time to physical activities.
Disadvantages
Isolation and work relationships: Remote work can be isolating, you might feel loneliness and disconnection from colleagues, especially for people who likes communicating. To be more realistic, you may never meet your colleagues in person. Building bonds and trust with colleagues or clients can be more challenging.
Workspace: I think this is the most important part in remote jobs. This can make a positive effect and a negative effect on your life and it is totally depends on your personal choices. Working from home can present distractions such as chores, pets, family members which can reduce you focus and maybe even create a bad impact on your work.
Technological Issues: Especially if you are gonna travel while workign remotely, you always need to make sure that there is a good connection to the internet.
Work-life balance: Flexibility and the boundries between work and personal life can be blurry for you and because it is different from office working hours you are more likely to overwork and feel burn-out.
